The Third Wave
Could the fascism of WWII and Hitler's regime ever happen again? Maybe that's not the right question. Maybe the questions should be is it happening now? To what extent? And, am I participating in it unwittingly? What within us allows us to participate in such things and why can't we see the dangers? Because it is happening, in different places all around the world... and even in our own communities. Ultimately, how can we recognize it, and more importantly, how can we stop it.

Okay, the Mayan calendar ends supposedly on December 22, 2012. Will it really be the end of the world? No. It's just another day for most. But many have fallen into this belief that something is going to happen? Well, the only things that are going to be different are the things we make different. We make our world. We shape our world. Why does the media in America not understand Nazism?
Jon Stewart, on his Daily Show, touched on, and illustrated, the problem of media misunderstanding and misuse of the meme so amply, and inappropriately, employed by Fox News, 'Nazism'. All of this apparently done for agenda and profit by marketing to one's base. It's as if greed melts brain cells to favor profit over sanity.

The origins of Christmas has its roots in pagan rituals. The end of December was a perfect time for celebration. The days would become longer, cattle were slaughtered and most of the wine and beer made during the year was fermented and ready for drinking.
