Parsley Salad
Utterly simple to prepare and so fresh and crunchy to eat – everyone we know is a huge fan of this parsley salad.


  • few big bunches of parsley > wash and chop
  • 6 tomatoes > wash and dice
  • 1 small red onion > chop fine
  • you may add some feta cheese

> add all ingredients in a salad bowl



  • 2 lemons juice (fresh pressed)
  • olive oil
  • salt

> add to liking


This salad we invented after eating wraps at a Persian store that was made with lots of fresh parsley. It was so refreshing!


Parsley is super healthy, my grandma ate it every day as a remedy to support keeping her blood pressure down and it is also considered a great for cleansing.
