Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
225 g bitter chocolate (min 70% cacao)
225 g butter
2 tsp vanilla sugar
180 g sugar
3 eggs
150 g almonds, grated
100 g walnuts, chopped
Directions
Slowly melt the butter with the chocolate in a pan with a solid thick bottom (so that it does not stick)
Preheat the oven at 340 F (170º C)
Remove the pot from the heat and add vanilla sugar and sugar to it.
Let it cool out a bit.
Mix in the eggs, almonds and walnuts.
Put the mass onto a flat, square baking tray (24 x 24 cm), you can use an aluminum tray.
Bake in the oven for about 25 - 30 min, till top is browned and solid and inside still a bit wet.
Let it cool out and cut it to squares, 3 times length and 3 times width. This gives 16 squares.
